Considerations

Due to the nature of our digital products, specifically our certifications, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital certifications. The activation process for the certifications begins immediately upon purchase. Once this process has started, it is not possible to cancel, void, or issue any associated refunds.

Exchange Policy

Exchanging one digital certification for another is not possible due to the nature of the product. Each certification has a unique and specific activation code, which cannot be transferred or used for a different certification.

Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal: Consumers have the right to a refund if they change their mind about a purchase, regardless of the reason, for a period not exceeding 10 days from the date of purchase, provided the product has not been used. Exceptionally, and in accordance with Chilean regulations on this matter, this right cannot be exercised in the case of goods and services that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, or have been made according to the consumer's specifications, or are personal use items. Due to the nature of digital certificates and the impossibility of canceling or transferring their activation codes, exchanges and refunds are not possible.
