Exam instructions
Welcome to the certification exam instructions. This guide will help you familiarize yourself with the entire certification program process, from purchasing the exam to taking it.
1. Study material
After completing your exam purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing downloadable study materials . These materials will prepare you for the certification exam you purchased, and it is essential to study them before taking the exam. An activation code will be generated for the exam you purchased, which you will use to take the exam. Activation codes are generated at the time of purchase. Under normal circumstances, they are sent within a few hours of purchase, but due to Certiprof's proprietary system, we have established that the code may be sent within the next 48 business hours after purchase.
2. Activation codes
Once the activation codes are generated, you will be sent via email the official receipt of your purchase, along with an exam simulator, consisting of support questions that will help you reinforce your preparation for the exam.
3. Access to the exam
To take the exam, you must go to the exam portal via the link that will be sent to you along with the activation codes.
There you will need to enter the activation code and follow the exam instructions.
Accept Credly's badge
It is important that you select the Credly digital badge issuance option to obtain it; otherwise, your badge may not be issued even after passing the exam.

Exam details
The exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions, which must be answered within a 60-minute time limit. To pass the exam, 80% of the questions must be answered correctly; that is, at least 32 out of 40 questions must be answered correctly.
Each exam has a maximum of 2 attempts. If you fail the exam, follow the instructions below.
In case of failing the first attempt at the exam
Only two attempts are allowed per exam. If you fail the first attempt, you must request a new code by sending an email to contacto@sion.cl with the subject line SECOND EXAM ATTEMPT, indicating your full name and the code of the exam you took, as well as the name, email address, and phone number of the person who failed the first attempt. Generating and sending a new code may take up to 72 business hours.
