Prerequisites
Prior knowledge of Agile, Lean, and/or IT Service Management is recommended. It is recommended to hold at least one of the following certifications:
- Scrum Foundation
- DevOps Essentials
- Kanban Essentials
- Agile Coach
- Similar certifications from other certifying bodies.
This certification program includes:
• Downloadable study materials and support questions to help you prepare for the exam.
• Access to the certification exam. This access will be granted through an activation code sent to you via email within 1 to 5 business days.

• You will have two attempts to pass the exam. If you fail the first attempt, check the exam instructions page.
• Once you pass the certification exam, it will be valid for a period of 3 years. *check the exam instructions page for all relevant instructions on how to take the certification exam.
Changes and Returns
• Once certification activation codes are generated and sent, they cannot be canceled, voided, or refunded.
• Similarly, once codes are programmed or assigned to a specific certification, they cannot be changed to another certification.
• Therefore, returns or exchanges are not possible due to the nature of the product, as the activation code generation process begins at the time of purchase.
