This certification will enable you to acquire basic knowledge of Service Management and the fundamentals of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011, a standard for Service Management Systems (SMS). This standard specifies the requirements that a service provider must meet to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain, and improve an SMS. These requirements include the design, transition, delivery, and improvement of services to meet agreed service requirements.
